Partner with engineering and supply chain leaders on workforce planning, org diagnosis and critical role allocation.
Responsibilities
- Identify organization and talent issues inside key business units and propose actionable solutions.
- Support hiring, succession and talent review for critical teams.
- Work with managers to improve team health, structure and performance.
Requirements
- Experience as an HRBP in a technology or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, influence and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
